In the book of Revelation, there is a white horse and rider, but the person on the horse is wearing a robe sprinkled with blood. This garment refers to the robes worn by the high priest.

[Revelation 19:11~13] I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war. His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God.

In order to understand the secret of the bloody garment, we must study the temple system in which the high priest existed. In the earthly temple, service in the temple (sanctuary and holy of holies) was not available to all Levites, but only to Aaron and his immediate descendants.

[Numbers 18:1~6] The LORD said to Aaron, "You, your sons and your father's family are to bear the responsibility for offenses against the sanctuary, and you and your sons alone are to bear the responsibility for offenses against the priesthood. Bring your fellow Levites from your ancestral tribe to join you and assist you when you and your sons minister before the Tent of the Testimony. ...(6) I myself have selected your fellow Levites from among the Israelites as a gift to you, dedicated to the LORD to do the work at the Tent of Meeting.

Aaron and his immediate descendants were commissioned by God to serve as high priest and priests in the temple, and in order to be commissioned, they had to follow God's established procedures.

[Leviticus 8:1~33] The LORD said to Moses, "Bring Aaron and his sons, their garments, the anointing oil, the bull for the sin offering, the two rams and the basket containing bread made without yeast, and gather the entire assembly at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting." ....(22) He then presented the other ram, the ram for the ordination, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on its head...(25) He took the fat, the fat tail, all the fat around the inner parts, the covering of the liver, both kidneys and their fat and the right thigh....(30) Then Moses took some of the anointing oil and some of the blood from the altar and sprinkled them on Aaron and his garments and on his sons and their garments. So he consecrated Aaron and his garments and his sons and their garments. Moses then said to Aaron and his sons, "Cook the meat at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting and eat it there with the bread from the basket of ordination offerings, as I commanded, saying, 'Aaron and his sons are to eat it.' Then burn up the rest of the meat and the bread. Do not leave the entrance to the Tent of Meeting for seven days, until the days of your ordination are completed, for your ordination will last seven days.

In order to receive the commission of the office of high priest and priestess from God, a bullock and two rams had to be killed, and the bullock was offered as a sin offering for Aaron and his two sons, and of the two rams, one was offered as a burnt offering (burnt offering), and the other was offered as a wave offering, and the broad leg was cut off and eaten with the unleavened bread. And the blood of the first bullock was taken and sprinkled on the garments of Aaron and his two sons, together with the holy oil, to set them apart for holiness. And the consecration lasted seven days, and no one was to go out of the tabernacle during the seven days of the consecration.

But everything that was done in the earthly temple was a shadow of what would be done in the heavenly temple, and the commissioning of the earthly temple was a demonstration of the commissioning that would take place in the heavenly temple. So in order for the commissioning to take place, a bull and two rams had to be sacrificed, and the bull was Yehoshua, the high priest.

[Hebrews 9:11~12] When Christ came as high priest of the good things that are already here, he went through the greater and more perfect tabernacle that is not man-made, that is to say, not a part of this creation. He did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves; but he entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood, having obtained eternal redemption.

And the two rams foreshadow the two witnesses who appear at the end. Just as Yehoshua testified through his resurrection and ascension that he was the high priest of the heavenly temple, so the two witnesses testify through their resurrection and ascension that they are the priests of the heavenly temple.

[Revelation 11:11~12] But after the three and a half days a breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them. Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, "Come up here." And they went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies looked on.

Thus, the rider on the white horse prophesied in Revelation 19 and the blood-soaked garments he wears are the garments that will be worn by the priests commissioned by God's will.

[Revelation 19:11~16] I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war. ...(13) He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. ...(16) On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

The commissioning ceremony took place in the earthly temple for seven days, showing that the commissioning ceremony will take place in the heavenly temple for seven years. Therefore, all the pastors and teachers of today's churches who are not commissioned by God are Satan's hosts in opposition to God. We will know who Satan's hosts are when the work of the two witnesses, the priests of the heavenly temple, appears. The work of the two witnesses is an event that will take place at the end of the world. Therefore, those who came before the two witnesses are thieves and robbers.
