There are two main types of sacrifices offered in the Old Testament: male animals and female animals. Male animals were offered for sins committed by the priests and the congregation, or representatives of the people, while female animals were offered for sins committed by the common people. However, Kim Joo-cheol of the Church of God claims that the sacrifice of the female beast is the sacrifice of Jang Gil-jah, who appeared as God the Mother. Since the male beast is analogized to a father's sacrifice, he argues that the female beast is a mother's sacrifice, but this is a shallow argument that doesn't even know the basics of the Bible.

[Leviticus 4:3~29] " 'If the anointed priest sins, bringing guilt on the people, he must bring to the LORD a young bull without defect as a sin offering for the sin he has committed....(13)'If the whole Israelite community sins unintentionally and does what is forbidden in any of the LORD's commands, even though the community is unaware of the matter, they are guilty When they become aware of the sin they committed, the assembly must bring a young bull as a sin offering and present it before the Tent of Meeting......(27) " 'If a member of the community sins unintentionally and does what is forbidden in any of the LORD's commands, he is guilty. When he is made aware of the sin he committed, he must bring as his offering for the sin he committed a female goat without defect.

The earthly temple is a type and shadow of the heavenly temple, foreshadowing what Jesus, the substance of the heavenly temple, will accomplish. But the temple to which the Bible testifies is not only Jesus, but also the saints who have received Jesus' Holy Spirit. Thus, the prophecy of the sacrifices offered in the temple is fulfilled not only through Jesus, but also through the saints who are built up as temples.

[ 1 Corinthians 3 :16] Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you?

So who was the female animal being sacrificed as a sin offering? Since the sacrifice of the male animal is a metaphor for Jesus, the sacrifice of the female animal foreshadowed the sacrifice of the saints, who were likened to women. The origins of man and woman go back to Genesis, where Eve was called a woman because she came out of a man's body.

[Genesis 2:23] she shall be called 'woman, ' for she was taken out of man."

While the common birth of a man and a woman is through parents, the man and woman that the Bible testifies to are spiritual, so the man, created in the image of God, foreshadowed Jesus, and the woman foreshadowed the saints who received Jesus' Holy Spirit. Just as Adam's rib was taken out of his body and a woman came out, so Jesus, who is the body of the Holy Spirit, took out the Holy Spirit and gave it to the saints, so the saints who receive the Holy Spirit become women.

Also, the sacrifice of the male animal foreshadowed the sacrifice of God, and the sacrifice of the female animal foreshadowed the sacrifice of the saints who had received the Holy Spirit. The male animals were offered for the sins of the priests and the congregation of Israel, and the female animals were offered for the sins of the common people. The priests and the congregation of Israel are analogies for the saints who have received God's Holy Spirit and have grown to maturity. In this context, the common people are spiritually new or spiritually young saints.

Before Jesus went to heaven, he told Peter to feed and care for my sheep, meaning he entrusted the spiritually younger saints to the older ones. Thus, the sins of the young believers, who are represented by the common people, are the responsibility of the mature saints, who are represented by the female beast, and the sins of the mature are the responsibility of God Himself, who is represented by the male beast.

[Galatians 4:19] My dear children, for whom I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you,

Therefore, the claim that the sacrifice of the female beast is the sacrifice of the leader of the Church of God, Jang Gil-jah, is incorrect.
