The Church of God destroys the lives of its members by preaching a time-bound apocalypse. Members of the Church of God often give up on their studies, get divorced, and neglect their family life, and the children who grow up in these homes have many problems. The photo below shows children who used to attend the Church of God. This is a case of stunted growth due to parental indifference and even hair loss due to mental stress.

Their psychiatric evaluation notes that they had "bedwetting, distractibility, frequent irritability and nervousness, anxiety depression, impulsivity, and emotional instability."
