South Korean courts have confirmed cases of Church of God members assaulting members who have left the organization. They have also confirmed several cases of divorce, runaways, and time-bound eschatology due to the Church of God, all of which were found to be true.

Over the years, the Church of God has filed more than 100 civil and criminal lawsuits against victims' organizations that deny the above facts and criticize it, but the courts have accepted the victims' claims as true.
