The problem is that the preacher is not preaching by grace, by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, but merely memorizing the sermon within the framework of the textbook given by the General Assembly. Pastors rarely preach outside the confines of the textbook for fear that the General Assembly will take issue with the content of the sermon.

They say that everything they do is being monitored. The pastor monitors the female evangelist, and the evangelist monitors the pastor. Even when church members meet, they are said to spy on each other because they have to go in pairs.

There are many people in the church who realize that a woman named Zangilja is not God. Because of this, many have left the church, but many others have not. The pastor has no way to make a living, and the members realize that the church is fake, but they can't do anything about it because their wives and other family members are deeply brainwashed.

He says that the majority of the church's leadership does not recognize Jang Gil-ja as God the Mother. They can't talk to each other, he says, but they have completely given up and are keeping their positions. To appease these people, he says, the church treats them much better than in the past.

It seems that only naive churchgoers are suffering these days. They say they have no track record of evangelism and few new believers. It used to be that you had to be baptized to be recognized, but now you can be recognized by handing out a single tract.
