The basic teachings of the Church of God are the Sabbath and the Passover. Although the Passover was abolished at the Council of Nicaea in AD 325, they claim that their leader, Ahn Sahng-hong, restored the Passover in 1964, and thus they teach that Ahn Sahng-hong is God. It starts with the Passover, but once they are brainwashed by the Passover, they are led to believe that Ahn Sahng-hong, who restored the Passover, is God the Father, and that Jang Gil-ja, who took a wedding photo with Ahn Sahng-hong, is God the Mother. Once the teachings of Ahn Sahng-hong and Jang Gil-ja are completely instilled, they brainwash members to believe that only what Ahn Sahng-hong, Jang Gil-ja, and the successor they claim to be, Kim Ju-cheol, say is true. They also make them unable to trust their own family members, teaching that family members and husbands who criticize the Church of God are demons, and that their true parents are Ahn Sahng-hong and Jang Gil-ja, while only members of the Church of God are their real family. Therefore, to persuade them, you must first address the immoral and sacrilegious aspects of the leaders. You must uproot the rotten foundation of the Passover. Depending on the level of brainwashing, persuasion may take a long time. Only those who truly love them will be able to succeed in persuading them. I wish you success.

1. Jang Gil-ja's Divorce Issue

Question: In Malachi 2:16, it says that God hates divorce. But Jang Gil-ja, whom the Church of God worships as God, supposedly married Kim Jae-hoon in 1968, is that true? She also had one son and one daughter before divorcing in 1983, is that true?
