There are two people in this world who claim to be the representatives of God's Son. One is the Pope of the Catholic Church, and the other is Kim Joo-Cheol of the Church of God. Kim Joo-Cheol claims to be the successor or representative of Ahn Sang-Hong, the founder of the Church of God, who falsely claimed to be the Second Coming of Jesus.

According to the Catholic Church's constitution, the Pope holds his position for life (until death). Similarly, in the constitution of the Church of God, Kim Joo-Cheol is designated as the permanent (lifetime) president of the General Assembly. So, what is the relationship between the two? Why do the Pope of the Catholic Church, whom the Church of God claims is the embodiment of Satan, and Kim Joo-Cheol have so many similarities?

The Catholic Church persecuted and killed countless people through inquisitions and witch hunts. Similarly, the Church of God and Kim Joo-Cheol have persecuted people through numerous lawsuits and have labeled non-believing family members and husbands as demons, engaging in modern-day witch hunts.

The Pope also claimed that tithing was necessary for salvation and that people had to tithe for the dead to be saved. Likewise, Kim Joo-Cheol has taught that people will be cursed if they don't tithe, and some of his followers even tithe for the dead. The Pope worshiped the bones of deceased saints, while the Church of God worships the remains of Ahn Sang-Hong, who is buried in a grave.

The Pope worships Mary, calling her the virgin, while the Church of God worships Jang Gil-Ja, a divorced woman. The Pope used crusades to eliminate political enemies, while the Church of God has mobilized hundreds of followers to terrorize opponents. The Pope established the sacrament of confession to control and monitor the faithful, while the Church of God has Jang Gil-Ja send faxes and letters to obtain secret information about their members.

The Church of God is imitating the corrupt practices of the Catholic Church, which they claim to despise. Why are they doing this? Could it be that they are the same?
